PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust structure of a jet propulsion small planing boat which has a big muffling effect and can suppress the permeation of water into an exhaust system. SOLUTION: In the exhaust structure of the small planing boat which ejects water pressurized and accelerated by a water jet pump from a rear ejection port, propelled by its reaction and discharges exhaust emission from an engine E driving the water jet pump via an exhaust emission flow passage 30 comprising a water muffler 31 or the like, the exhaust emission flow passage 30 has a water catcher 34 made of a tube material extending vertically with the top end sealed, and the water catcher 34 is connected to the engine E in the middle in the longitudinal direction via the water muffler 31 with its bottom end released outside of the boat.
