<p>2-(triethoxysilyl)-ethylphosphonic acid diethylester is prepared by continuous drawing of the triethoxyvinylsilane mixture, phosponic acid diethylester and peroxide catalyst through the flow reactor, heated to the temperature 120 to 180°C, whilst the reaction period is 30 to 300 s and molar ratio of triethoxyvinylsilane to phosphonic acid diethylester is 1 : 1.2 to 1 : 2 and molar ratio of di-terc.butyl-peroxide as a catalyst to triethoxyvinylsilane is 1 : 10 to 1 : 25.</p> |
