The snare has the general shape of a bandage which circumscribes an esophagus (2) in endoscopic surgery without opening the abdomen with a first trocar (3). On one of the faces of the bandage are relief coupling means for forming a closed loop around the esophagus and able to expose it, pull it, recline it, dissect it or clamp it by putting in pressured contact a part of a face of one (10) of the bandage ends with a part of the other face (11).
