PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost necessary for response to an application of credit examination and also to prevent a credit application receiving system from giving a feeling of psychological resistance to an applicant. SOLUTION: When a loan applicant calls to an audio response unit 1 from a telephone set 3, the audio response unit 1 sequentially performs voice transmission of a question item to the telephone set 3, and the telephone set 3 inputs its answer by voice. When the audio response unit 1 receives a voice signal of the answer, each answer is recognized by voice to be stored in a storing means. When answers to all question items are stored, a host computer 2 is requested to examine the credit state of the applicant on the basis of the answers. When requested examination results are returned from the host computer 2, the audio response unit 1 transmits a message including the examination results to the telephone set 3 by voice and further transmits a message that guides a method for actually performing a loan contract to the telephone set 3 by voice. |
