PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that specifying information for specifying an orderer such as the name, the communicating destination, etc., of the orderer is possibly disclosed to the opposite side of negotiation at the first step of the negotiation in a conventional intermediating system. SOLUTION: This device stores information on contractors in a database in advance, receives ordering contents from the orderer, presents contractors to the orderer by referring to the database, informs a negotiation contractor designated by the orderer from among the presented contractors of the occurrence of the negotiation, intermediates negotiation in a state where the negotiation contractor cannot specify the orderer and informs only the negotiation contractor permitted by the orderer as the result of negotiation of orderer specifying information of the orderer. |
