PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control home electric apparatus according to the health state of a user. SOLUTION: When the user inputs vital information to a vital information measuring instrument, the vital information is sent to a terminal device at a hospital through a home server. The terminal at the hospital analyzes the vital information, generates a control program for home electric apparatus which is controlled to meet the physical condition of the user, and sends it to the home server. The home server controls the home electric apparatus according to the control program. |
