SOLUTION: This financial institution business support system for supporting operation business in a financial institution is provided with a database 120 for associating a daily business report being contact contents with a customer and including whether or not a prospectus has been issued with prospectus issuing results being information abut a prospectus issued to the customer to record them, a daily operation report registering means for registering the daily operation report in the database 120, and a prospectus issuing results registering means for registering the prospectus issuing results in the database 120 and also reflecting a matter that the prospectus has been issued on the daily operation report.
