PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately manufacture an IC card at a low cost. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the IC card for which an IC inlet 3 composed of components including an IC chip and an antenna is interposed between a first base material 1 and a second material 2 and stuck together, the IC inlet 3 is positioned and mounted on one of the first base material 1 and the second base material 2 for which printing is executed on an outer surface beforehand, the other base material for which printing is not executed on the outer surface is stuck together and then printing is executed on the surface without printing of the other base material.
