PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle lock of a circuit breaker, in which the operating handle is not fixed, and the turning on/off of the circuit breaker can be confirmed from the outside, and which is small size and can be fitted easily. SOLUTION: The handle lock 4 axially supports a display body 6, printed with letters 'ON' and 'OFF' in between the right and left inner walls of the box-shape cover 5 that covers an operating handle 3, and forms a display window 5a on the top side of the cover 5, so that the display of a display body 6 can be viewed. When the operating handle 3 is rotated, the top end of the operating handle 3 pushes and rotates an arm part 6a of the display body 6, and the display of the display body 6 is switched over.
