PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio clock recovery device and an audio clock recovery method that enable a frequency and a phase of an audio clock recovered at a receiver side to match with a frequency and a phase of an audio clock at a transmitter side with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A phase comparator circuit 15 compares a reference phase with a feedback phase outputted from a feedback phase generating circuit 16 and a frequency oscillated from a VCXO(voltage-controlled crystal oscillator) 18 is controlled on the basis of the phase error, a phase comparator circuit 19b compares a phase of an output clock from the VCXO 18 with a phase of an audio clock obtained from a frequency divider circuit 19c and a frequency oscillated from a VCO 19e is controlled on the basis of the phase error and the audio clock recovery device uses a clock outputted from the VCO 19e for a recovered audio clock. |
