PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate and make secure the wiring connection on the side of load of the circuit breaker. SOLUTION: A terminal device 100 is provided at the load connection part 23 of the circuit breaker 11. The terminal device 100 comprises a terminal plate 101 which has a wiring connection part 105, a contact pressure spring 102 that has a contact pressure part 119 for contact-pressuring the wiring on this terminal plate 101, and an operating lever 103 for pressing this contact pressure spring 102. An inclined second contact pressure part 114 is provided inside the wiring insertion port 29. The top end of the wiring is held by this second contact pressure part 114 and the movement of the wiring is restricted. An inspection port 125, which also works as a confirming port, is provided on the operating lever 103.
