PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily update a commutation ticket. SOLUTION: The various kinds of information to be required are provided beforehand in a purchasing place at purchasing the commutation ticket first and they are managed in a data base 15 for each communication ticket by a management device 14. A user 16 for whom an expiration date approaches tells a name and the number of updating months, etc., to a dealing store (or a business office) by telephone and requests updating. The name and the number of the updating months, etc., are inputted to a personal computer in the dealing store and sent to the management device 14 and the management device 14 registers an updating request to the corresponding commutation ticket column of the data base 15 and sends the card ID and updating month of the commutation ticket to a commutation ticket processor 28 inside a bus to store them there corresponding to a request for each bus stop to which the bus approaches or the request based on the judgment of updating time inside the bus. When the user utilizes the bus and lets the processor 28 read the commutation ticket, when it is with the updating request, the expiration date of the commutation ticket is updated. |
