When any response is not received form the IC card within a specific time (ST5; No), a time error response is transmitted to an application (ST6), and when the response is received within the specific time (ST; Yes), and the response is reception stand-by OK or control information (ST; No), the response is transmitted to the application as it is (ST8), and in the other case (ST7; Yes), the block number of the response is transmitted to the application as the transmission block number of the temporarily stored reception command, and the sequencing number is carried (ST9-ST11). |
