PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque (output) command type of motor controller which can surely drive a motor at start, having such constitution as to control the rotational velocity so that it may not get over the limit value of the rotational velocity of the system. SOLUTION: A regulating mechanism, which raises the voltage applied to a motor until it can output the torque require at start, is introduced. This motor controller is provided with a rotational velocity limit value, and this compensates a torque current command or a rotational velocity command so that the rotational speed may not get over the above velocity limit value. This computes any of a torque current command, a torque command, and an output command, and a rotational velocity limit value from an external signal concerned with motor output. Consequently, in a motor controller using only a position detection sensor, a torque (output) command type of motor controller which can surely drive a motor can be materialized. Moreover, in the above torque command type of motor controller, it is possible to control the rotational velocity so that it may not get over the rotational velocity limit value of the motor and the system. |
