PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper of double structure and a speaker wherein spacers are unnecessary, a number of man-hours for building-in is reduced, and a cost is reduced as well. SOLUTION: The damper of double structure consists of a first cylindrical damper member 111 which has an open face on one end face side, which has a hole 113 for fixing a voice coil in the center of the other end face, and which has a damper portion 115 bent in the direction of movement of the voice coil, and a second damper member 121 in the same shape as the first damper member 111. The first damper portion 111 and the second damper member 121 are integrated with each other so that the open face of the first damper portion 111 and the open face of the second damper member 121 are opposed to each other.
