METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR IMAGE PROCESSING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for image processing which serve as a clue for utilizing excellent techniques of image coding and decoding in data compression and image quality which have been expected. SOLUTION: A moving image server 800 includes an image coder 600. The coder 600 generates corresponding point information by pixel matching using singular points as a base between key frames of a moving image. Intermediate frames can be generated by interpolation on the basis of the key frames and the corresponding point information. The data by an existing coding method are stored in a content storage 802. The coder 600 transforms the coding format of this data into a format of the base of singular points and sends them to a network.
