<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive distributed control system capable of testing an arbitrary facility in the same facility group of a power system without stopping the operation of the other facility. SOLUTION: One distributed controller 2 is arranged in each facility group constituted of a plurality of facilities 1, and connected through a network 18 to a remote monitor controller 8 and a centralized monitor controller 9. The distributed controller 2 is provided with control processors 4 respectively arranged corresponding to those facilities 1. When the control processor 4 corresponding to the facility to be tested is set in a test mode, and the centralized monitor controller 9 is set in the test mode, and data for test are transmitted, the control processor 4 controls and tests the facility 1 based on the data for test. The control processor 4 corresponding to the other facility 1 continuing to operate continues to operate based on normal control data transmitted from the remote monitor controller 8. Therefore, it is possible to test the arbitrary facility 1 without stopping the operation of the other facility 1.</p> |
