PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for updating an intranet portal. SOLUTION: To propose a new module, a user provides the name (102) and description (104) of the new module. After providing the name and description of the new module, the user can add the new module to a list (108) of new proposed module (112). When reviewing the proposed modules (112), other users can obtain the descriptions of the provided modules. Other users can vote (114) for the new proposed module. The total (116) of votes for the new proposed module (112) is held and used to determine which module (112) should be added to the intranet portal.
