PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency aid system by which fine and sure aid activities are performed in response to occurrence of emergency. SOLUTION: The emergency aid system is constituted of a portable transmitter 11 to transmit an emergency signal 18 by an input operation by a registration holder 1, a transmitter/receiver 21 to be equipped in an area related organization 2 in a receivable area of the portable transmitter 11, a transmitting/ receiving terminal 31 provided to a related person 3 of the registration holder 1 to freely transmit/receive required information and a data processor 41 provided in a data management center to make distribution of a prescribed piece of required information to a related person 2 based on the emergency signal 18, the portable transmitter 11 is formed to freely transmit the emergency signal 18 including an identifier imparted from the data management center 4 to enable specification of a person 5 to require aid among the registration holders 1 and the data processor 41 is formed to freely distribute aid requirement information regarding the person 5 to required aid to the related person 3 via a communication network and the transmitting/receiving terminal 31.
