PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine having a mechanism capable of automatically carrying cups of a plurality of kinds of size. SOLUTION: A carrying mechanism 2 to carry the cups from line 1 of cups stacked in the vertical direction is provided with a pair of first holders 3a, 3b arranged at left and right sides of a cup 1a at the bottom of the line of cups, a pair of carriers 4a, 4b arranged at the left and right sides of the cup at a lower part of the first holders and a pair of second holders 5a, 5b arranged at the left and right sides of a cup 1b placed at the second to the bottom at an upper part of the first holders, intervals d1, d3 between the respective holders and an interval d2 between the carriers are variable and the carriers are constituted so as to apply force to move downward to the cups by being rotated at a state that it is brought into contact with the cups.
