SOLUTION: When the positive polar signal component of a video signal is inputted, a first switch 38 is brought into conduction and a pixel 21 is driven by a first current driver 34. When the video signal is inverted into a negative polar phase, the positive polar signal voltage is made to be a precharging voltage with respect to the pixel 21. Moreover, when the negative polar signal component of the video signal is inputted, a second switch 39 is brought into conduction and the pixel 21 is driven by a second current driver 35. When the video signal is inverted into a positive polar phase, the negative polar signal voltage is made to be the precharging voltage with respect to the pixel 21.
