PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a belt for fixation equipped with a belt base material which is made of heat-resisting resin and can easily be manufactured at low cost. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes a 1st process of winding a 1st heat-resisting resin film 22a around a cylindrical mandrel 30 so that mutually opposite side edges are in contact with each other leaving no gap therebetween, a 2nd process of applying an elastic adhesive 22c over the entire circumferential surface of the 1st heat-resisting resin film 22a wound in the 1st process, a 3rd process of winding a 2nd heat-resisting resin film 22b around the outer circumference of the elastic adhesive 22c applied in the 2nd process so that the mutually opposite side edges are in contact with each other leaving no gap therebetween and so offset as not to overlap with adjacent side edges of the 1st heat-resisting resin film 22a, and a 4th process of hardening the elastic adhesive 22c.
