PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caller display system where a name of a caller, when receiving a phone call is displayed on a display device, without the need for a recipient to register a caller name and a telephone number. SOLUTION: A telephone set 1 and a phone base station 2 are connected via a telephone line 3. The telephone set 1 is provided with a display device 4 for displaying a name of a caller or the like and a terminal processing section (not shown). The terminal processing section (not shown) displays the name or the like on the display device 4. The phone base station 2 is provided with a user storage section 5, that stores user data and a base station processing section 6 that extracts the user data stored in the user storage section 5 from a transmitted telephone number and transmits the data to the recipient. The user storage section 5 stores the names and telephone numbers of all users who utilize the phone base station 2 as user data.
