The invention concerns a method for making a stilted floor on a main floor, by mutually juxtaposing slabs. A lattice (63) is set on the main floor (2) to lock the blocks (21) supporting the slabs (6, 7) and can further serve to fix, along a predetermined path, flexible thin elements (19) such as cables or the like or tubular elements for receiving said cables or the like. The method enables to simplify the production of the stilted floor and the connection of the thin elements.
