PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance reserving method, a maintenance reserving program, a web server, and a maintenance reservation system which can reduce influence on maintenance operation and lighten the load of reserving operation by reserving maintenance through a network. SOLUTION: When a computer reserves vehicle maintenance as accessed by a user terminal through the network, reservation information is found in a reservation storage means stored with the reservation information of a repair shop at a request from the user terminal and a web page based upon the reservation information is provided; and a reservation of maintenance based upon the web page is accepted and information on the accepted reservation is stored in the reservation storage means to update the reservation state. |
