摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out refresh charging of a battery at a proper time, in relation to a refresh charging control device. SOLUTION: A time T1 and an integration valueΣ|I|of charging/discharging current I are counted after the battery 10 is brought into a fully charged state by a previous refresh charging. A plurality of relationships between the time T1 and the integration valueΣ|I|are specified as conditions for implementing the refresh charging of the battery 10, and the battery 10 is refresh-charged into a fully charged state when any one of the relationships is satisfied. Whether or not a condition wherein a car speed SPD is set to a predetermined car speed SPD0 or more continues for a predetermined period TSH is determined, and even when the condition wherein the car speed SPD is set to the predetermined car speed SPD0 or more continues for the predetermined period TSH, the battery 10 is refresh-charged into the fully charged state regardless of the relationship between the time T1 and the integration valueΣ|I|.</p>
