<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a dead space by not providing a through-hole for conductor to an insulation plate and connecting a bus bar of each layer to an external circuit. SOLUTION: The insulation plate 15 and conductors 13, 14 are alternately laminated, internal circuit connecting terminals 13a, 14a of conductors 13, 14 are projected in the horizontal direction from the external circumference of the insulation plate 15, the uppermost conductor 13 is projected with the external circuit connecting terminal 13b directed upward, a conductor 16 is allocated at the external circumference surrounding the insulation plate 15, and the internal circuit connection terminals 13a, 14a of the conductor projected from the external circumference of the insulation plate 15 are connected to the conductor 16 at the external circumference for connection of internal circuits.</p> |
