<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rectifying apparatus for a vehicle generator which can make full use of its size reduction effect provided by using a MOSFET. SOLUTION: This rectifying apparatus has a vehicle generator 1 having an armature coil 2, a rectifier 6 which rectifies the AC output of the armature coil 2, a MOSFET 21 which is the rectifying device of the rectifier 6, and a control means 22 which controls ONs/OFFs of the MOSFET 21 to practice a rectifying operation. The control means 22 is integrated with the MOSFET 21 by forming the means 22 on a semiconductor chip 35 of which the MOSFET 21 is composed.</p> |
