DRIVING METHOD OF STEPPING MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving method of stepping motor in which a stepping motor can be driven in microstep while satisfying both a high angular accuracy and a large torque. SOLUTION: A stepping motor having a pair of stator yokes being excited at a phase difference of 90 deg. electric angle with leakage flux influencing each other between both stator yokes is driven in microstep by shifting the phase difference of voltages or currents exciting the stator yokes from 90 deg. electric angle.
