PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell pack which not only reduces the number of parts and the number of man-hours, but also prevents play at a sealed cell, a joining part and a protecting circuit part. SOLUTION: The cell pack 10 is equipped with an encapsulated type cell 11 which has a power generating element 12 having a cathode and an anode contained and sealed in an encapsulated type cell package 13, and also, of which a cathode terminal and an anode terminal 15, 16 connected to the anode and the cathode respectively are pulled out of the encapsulated type cell package 13, a connecting part 20 having a plurality of connecting terminals 21, 22, 23, jointed to each terminal 15, 16 respectively and enabled to connect electrically to other equipments, and a protecting circuit part 30 avoiding an electrical interference, arranged between the encapsulated type cell 11 and the connecting part 20. This cell pack 10 includes a resinous covering part 35, formed to profile, to cover the encapsulated type cell 11, the connecting part 20 and the protecting circuit part 30.
