PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teaching method in which one manager to give a direction to, to consult with, and to monitor each teacher is stationed in a classroom where a plurality of tutorials are carried out. SOLUTION: The teacher is seated at the middle seat 2 in a booth 1 equipped in the classroom and carries out teaching to the individual student at the either seat 3 of the teacher. The manager, seated at the manager's seat 4, checks the progress or the way of teaching in each booth referring to the educational guidance plan for each student and offers advice for well-planned teaching.
