SOLUTION: A plurality of automotive electric wheelchairs Cr(1)-Cr(a max) are allowed to constantly and circularly travel along a preliminarily set course so that those automotive electric wheelchairs Cr(1)-Cr(a max) can be prevented from being locally centralized.
