<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house provision support system which promotes the provision of houses by making it possible to provide adequate articles matching the life stages of object persons at low prices for the object persons and keep the property value of areas. SOLUTION: This house provision support system is equipped with a house article resident database 21, an article information database 22, and an article selecting means 23. The house article resident database 21 stores whether a resident resides and resident information about house articles which have the residing right credited and are in a plurality of styles matching the respective life stages. The article information database 22 stores article information on the price of credit, area, room layout, etc., of each house article. An article extracting means 23 selects a house article in a proper style matching an object person by referring to the databases 21 and 22 according to personal information on the age, family structure, etc., of the object person.</p> |
