PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seamlessly connect a virtual world and the real world to each other. SOLUTION: A player moves a point value in the virtual world to an IC card 4 and a service center 2 updates the point value stored on the IC card 4 according to the result of an event that the player carries out in the real world by using the point value. Consequently, information regarding the play of the player in the virtual world is updated according to actions of the player in the real world and the actions of the player in the real worlds are constituted as part of the virtual world, so the virtual world and real world can seamlessly be connected together.
