PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a fiduciary problem of direct transaction between involved parties on the Internet. SOLUTION: In order to intermediate demand and supply in an electronic commerce market able to participate via a public communication network, a server receives demand data from a terminal of a demander to register it in a demand data storage means, the server receives supply data from the terminal of a supplier to register it in a supply data storage means, the server receives the selection of an intermediator by the demander or the supplier through his/her own terminal, the server informs the terminal of the intermediator that the intermediator is selected, the server enables the terminal of the intermediator to refer to the demand data and supply data, and the server receives the combination of matched demand data and supply data from the terminal of the intermediator to register it as matching data in a matching data storage means. |
