PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve the bending angle of an equalizer, and to secure a certain gap between the equalizer and an exposed part of a riser. SOLUTION: A plurality of metal segments 4 are arranged on a body 3 made of synthetic resin, and the segments 4 among the plurality of segments 4, which belong to a same phase are electrically connected to each other with an equalizer 6. A spacer 7, having a slant part 15, whose diameter is gradually reduced in an axial direction and on which the equalizers 6 are wired and equalizer engaging parts 16 formed continuously with the slant part 15, is provided on the end of the body 3. A cylindrical part 18, which forms a step part 17 between the end surface 20 of the body 3 and itself, is provided on the base part of the slant part 15. The equalizer 6 is wired at a position apart from the exposed surface 19 of the adjacent segment 4 with a shallower bending angle.
