PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective circuit against electrostatic discharge. SOLUTION: The protective circuit 200 against the electrostatic discharge arranged between a pad input terminal 210 and a circuit element 220 comprises a diode protective circuit unit 201 and a second diode protective circuit unit 202. The circuit unit 201 has a first diode D1 and a second diode D2 connected between a pad input terminal 210 and an input voltage terminal VDD in such a manner that first diode and the second diode are connected in an anti-parallel with each other. The circuit unit 202 has a third diode D3 and a fourth diode D4 connected between a pad input terminal 210 and the substrate terminal VSS in such a manner that the third diode and the forth diode are connected in an anti-parallel with each other.
