PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous high frequency heating apparatus for efficient and safety heating by avoiding or eliminating a concentration of high frequency energy when a plurality of object to be heated are heated using high frequency while moving continuously in a large-scale apparatus. SOLUTION: Heating units 5 are formed by holding the heating object between a pair of electrodes. A plurality of heating units are moved continuously by using a carrying-in section 6 to a heating zone B. The heating zone B is divided into a sub zone b1 having power supply part 2a and 2b, and a sub zone b2 having power feeding part 3a and 3b. Alternating current is impressed from having power feeding part 3a and 3b to the heating unit 5, and thereby the object to be heated is hot-molded. In this hot-molding, the concentration of high frequency energy can avoid or eliminate due to the division of the heating zone B into two zones.
