MOBILE OBJECT EXTRACTION METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device of extracting a mobile object for separately extracting the individual mobile objects even in the case that that positions of a plurality of the mobile objects overlap between frame images before and after a movement. SOLUTION: The mobile object extraction method is provided with the steps of: generating the background image of the mobile object of an extraction object by obtaining the average value of a plurality of the frame images including the mobile object photographed by a fixed camera; generating the difference image of the frame image and the background image at the moment of extraction; binarizing the difference image and preparing a mask image; and cutting out the area of the mobile object in the frame image at the moment of extraction by using the mask image.
