PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which does not need to turn over when manufacturing, with excellent outlook, quality, and productivity. SOLUTION: A draw out electrode 14 is mounted to one panel out of a front panel 10 and a back panel 20 of the display device 100, and a linear electrode 22 mounted to the other panel is connected to the draw out electrode 14 by using a bump 24. By the above, as both of the wiring connected to a linear electrode 13 of the front panel 10, and the wiring connected to the linear electrode 22 of the back panel 20 are enabled to connect to draw out electrodes 13a, 14a, mounted to either one of the front panel 10 or the back panel 20 respectively, previous technical problem, which necessitates to integrally turn over the front panel 10 and the back panel 20 on the midway of manufacturing process in order to connect the wiring to the linear electrodes 13, 22, is solved.
