The invention concerns a method for access control comprising a step (50) which consists in addressing a query to a user, a step (52) which consists in recording by the user of a reply to said query and a step (54) which consists in verifying the user's reply to the query. The addressed query is an acoustic query and contained in a file previously created by the user and is associated with an acoustic reply model of the user likewise contained in a file previously created by the user. Furthermore, the recording of the reply to the addressed query is an acoustic query.
