PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that restriction of communication speed is large even when costs of a terminal, facility costs of a communication line and communication costs are suppressed and provision of a user-friendly system is difficult since the communication speed becomes slower in a music data distribution system using a public line, etc. SOLUTION: Music data are divided into a plurality of pieces of data and pieces of the divided data are transmitted in parallel on a plurality of lines in transmission/reception of the music data between a server and a client terminal to solve the problem. Pieces of the received divided data are reconstructed on the client's side and provided to a user as original music data.
