PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide proper service to every individual user by grasping personal information of individual users and use states of automatic vending machines of the individual users. SOLUTION: Communication between each of a plurality of automatic vending machines 3 and an automatic vending machine managing device 5 is enabled via a network 4. A commodity managing device 32 displays a group of commodities which the individual user can purchase on confirming electronic money information recorded in a card 1 inserted by the individual user, judges whether or not the commodity selected by the individual user can be sold from the group of commodities, transfers the merchandise to be sold to the individual user, settles costs by the card 1, extracts sale history information by every individual user from information recorded in the card 1 and the purchase contents of the individual user and records sale history information and records it in an information recorder 34. The automatic vending machine managing device 5 collects the sale history information by prescribed cycle, sums up the sale history information and creates sales management information and personal management information. |
