PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety for maintenance and inspection, by making releasable the lock of the front door of the protection cover, when the switch is in open state and non-releasable in principle, when it is in closed state. SOLUTION: The device comprises an operating handle that is arranged on the outside of the protection cover and turns the switch in open state and in closed state, by turning operation, and a movable member of which the first top end is arranged at a position capable of contacting one end of the operating handle and the second top end is made capable of engaging with the lock part of the front door. According to the position of the operating handle, the displacement of the movable member is regulated. |
