PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work bench device which can maintain quality of wire harness assemblies, easily and precisely conduct production control and quality control, and realize high-efficiency workability, high production and high quality. SOLUTION: The work bench device is provided with a base table set in free rotation, a rotational drive source for rotating the base table to one direction with a given speed, work counters 2 mounted on the base table along the periphery, and a control part 10 each for controlling the base table and the work counters, according to work processes set. The control part manages work situations on the counters, in real time, and at the same time, controls the base table and the work counters according to the work situations. To be more precise, work data are sent to the control part from parts detection jigs, work instruction lamps 7, and assembly/conduction inspection jigs, base on which data, the control part manages work content of each work counter 2 in real time. |
