PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily treatable movement detecting device to be used as a camera device for a security system which is provided with a practically sufficient function capable of confirming an intruder with high reliability. SOLUTION: This movement detecting device 10 is integrally provided with two image sensors 11 and 12 fixed to prescribed positions for photographing an object, and for outputting image signals, a memory means 13 for storing the image signals, a movement detecting circuit 14 for detecting the movement of the object by comparing the image information photographed in different time, ranging means 15, 16, and 17 for measuring distances to the object from the information of the simultaneously photographed images of the two image sensors 11 and 12, and a determining means 18 for forming an output signal when a prescribed condition is fulfilled from the information of the movement detecting means 14 and the ranging means 15, 16, and 17. The necessary image is automatically or selectively transmitted from the memory means 13 through a communicating means to an external device. |
