PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow system which efficiently processes activities wherein the same person in charge is assigned to successive nodes. SOLUTION: When a client request managing program execution part 330 of a workflow server 30 receives a request to end the processing of a node from a user's computer terminal 20 for operation, a project managing program execution part 310 refers to the definitions of the node. When the processing of a process managing program execution part 320 ends in a successive processing standby time t1 defined for the node and it is judged that the user can process a next user, the client request managing program execution part 330 requests the computer terminal 20 for operation to start the processing of the next node.
