PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system that can prevent unauthorized access to a provider or the like by a third party. SOLUTION: An access restriction with a display disabled state of a caller number is registered in advance to an IAT(Internet access trunk) according to a contract between a subscriber (user) and a provider. The IAT decides call access permission/call access rejection, on the basis of the registration contents, a caller number and a caller number non notice reason sent from a switch.
