PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a mounting accuracy by reducing assembly man-hours of a lead piece or the like of a cell. SOLUTION: A lead assembly 20 with lead pieces 21A, 21B integrated in advance is formed, and is made to be a part together with a current breaking protecting element (PTC element) 22. This lead assembly 20 is connected to electrode parts 11, 12 through an insulating sheet on an outer surface of a cell body 10 with a power-generating element stored inside.
