PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator device of an optical pickup that reduces the number of processes for adhesion, that needs no high-precision assembling jig, and that is small sized, light-weight and produced at low cost, and that performs stable reading and writing. SOLUTION: This actuator device for an optical pickup is equipped with a supporting member 5 to be attached to the carriage, a lens holder 22 for holding an objective lens 1 through a plurality of supporting member springs 7, a driving magnet 6 installed in the lens holder 22, and a focusing coil 3 and a tracking coil 4 arranged at a position opposite to the magnet 6. The lens holder 22 and the magnet 6 are integrally formed.
